Timeline

2007

Our first clinic was founded, counting only 3 medical rooms and 21 patients in the first month.

2014

Our vision started to take form, we expanded with three more clinics opening in Fortaleza.

2016

We established 6 clinics across Fortaleza, counting approximately 6 thousand patients a month.

2017

We opened our first clinic outside of Ceará, in Recife – Capital of Pernambuco, consolidating ourselves as leaders in the Northeast region.

2018

A total of 12 clinics were established across Ceará and Pernambuco.

2019

We've expanded to 16 clinics across Ceará, Pernambuco, and Pará in the North Region. The CartãoSiM brand was launched as a recurring business model, and we also founded SiMCo, the umbrella brand that manages our different solutions. As early movers, we aim to bring innovation to the healthcare market.

2020

The initial version of the SiM+ app was released, featuring telemedicine capabilities with physicians from various specialties.

2021

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we leveraged key insights to evolve our business model. The SIM+ app was enhanced with new services, including urgent medical assistance and a subscriber chat feature.

2022

We expanded our footprint in Northeast Brazil by opening our first clinic in Bahia, establishing our presence across all three major regional capitals. Simultaneously, the SiM+ app surpassed 50,000 active users.

2023

New leadership joined our executive team, driving a strategic transformation focused on sustainable growth and business diversification.
